We understand domestic violence isn’t always the main barrier in people’s lives, visit our online community resource center to find a directory of other services available in the community.
Information and Resource Center
As part of our community engagement initiative, we support two Information and Resource Centers to connect community members with diverse information so that they will have greater access to resources within the Twin Cities. The all-volunteer staff speaks both Spanish and English, and they can assist visitors in finding whatever information they are seeking free of cost.
The centers are equipped with computers for Internet and email access as well as fax machines, a printer, and a copy machine.
Visitors to the centers have found information about:
- domestic violence
- medical services
- immigration
- community resources
- housing
- employment
- transportation
- schools
- English and computer classes for adults
- and many other topics
